Babytime/Toddler is April 15, 22 @ 10:00 a.m.
Join Ms. Lynne for stories, music, dance, and bubbles! This program is geared to babies and young toddlers.

Family Storytime is April 15, 22 @ 11:00 a.m.
Join Ms. Lynne for stories, music, dance and more! This program is geared to families with children of multiple ages.

Make Time For Play is Tuesday, April 29 @ 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
The storytime room will be changed into a playgroup space featuring multiple play and learn stations for children to circulate through. Families are welcome to come and go throughout the morning.


Kids Programs

Lego Wednesday is May.
Did you know Bacon Library has a huge stash of Legos? Stop in and make something extraordinary!

Hide & Seek in the Bacon House – After Hours is Friday, April 18 @ 5:30 p.m.
This program is intended for ages 8-12. Registration is required. Is there any better place than the Bacon House to play hide-and-seek? Definitely not! We will be playing traditional hide-and-seek, sardines, and other games.

Race the Space: Hot Wheels is Wednesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 28.
Turn the Multipurpose Room into the Bacon Dragway using the library's collection of Hot Wheels!


Family Programs

Earth Day Terrariums is Tuesday, April 22 @ 5:00 p.m.
Come celebrate Earth Day with some easy to make terrariums! We will be using recycled two-liter bottles as the base of our terrariums. All terrarium supplies will be provided by the library.

May Flowers! is Tuesday, May 6 @ 5:00 p.m.
Make your own 3-D tulips! Two per person! This is a Drop and Craft Program! Stop in anytime between 5 and 6 p.m.


Adult Programs

Chair Yoga with Carissa is Monday, April 21 @ 10:00 a.m. and Monday, May 5 & 19 @ 10:00 a.m.
Chair yoga is an all-level yoga class using a chair, making yoga accessible to those with mobility issues, balance concerns, or difficulty getting off the floor.

Craft Bags to Go: High School & Adults is Saturday, April 19 and Saturday May 17.
Craft bags will be available starting the third Saturday of every month behind the front desk.

Yarniaks is Thursday, April 24 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Crocheters, knitters, spinners and weavers of all skill levels and ages are invited to join us monthly. We will troubleshoot project issues, discuss techniques and methods, and just have an all-around good time! Supplies are not provided, so please make sure to bring your own.

Friends of the Library Meeting is Monday, April 28 @ 4:30 p.m., and Monday, May 19 at 4:30 p.m.

Bacon Book Club is Wednesday, May 7 @ 6:30 p.m.
Read along with us or better yet – meet with us and share your thoughts. This month we will be reading “Tom Lake” by Ann Patchett.

Friends Plant Exchange is Saturday, May 17 @ 10:00 a.m.
This is a great opportunity to thin your everexuberant perennials, find a plant new to you, and meet fellow gardeners. Bring plants and garden items to trade or just come by and pick stuff up.
